Who needs this fix?

Instruction for Update to 3.03 fix for users of the collection 3 only:

(Attention Collection 1 owners: 303fix.zip also contains cd_drive.reg)
  1. Download the 303fix.ZIP file.
  2. Unzip into the HELP directory on your harddisk

To use the add-ons you must download the program version 3.01 first

  1. Download the Tar?????.ZIP file that fits your operating system and language
  2. Unzip into the TEMP directory
  3. run SETUP
  4. Download the fix?????.ZIP file that fits your operating system and language
  5. Unzip into the TEMP directory
  6. Copy the tarot.exe or tarot32.exe respectively over the existing .exe file in the tarot root directoy

Instruction for Installation of Add-On Modules to 3.0:

To use the add-ons you must download the program version 3.01 first

  1. Download the ZIP file that fits your operating system and language
  2. Unzip into the TAROT directory
    with the "keep directory structure intact" option (used to be -d with pkunzip)

Who needs Tarot 3.03 collection 3 bugfix release?

Mainly errors in the text files have been fixed.
All owners of the first release CD (gold disk without label) should download it.

Who needs Tarot 3.01 bugfix release?

All owners of the Collection 1 CD-Rom who do not also own the Collection 2 and want to use the Version 3.0 with all add-ons.

It fixes a the "feature" of 3.00 to only search for the add-ons on the CD. Now the harddisk is first searched, then the CD. The collection 2 contains all add-ons on CD and most users won't want to waste the space to copy it to harddisk just for a few seconds of faster load time. On the other hand collection 1 owners who have downloaded 3.00 and the add-ons have no choice but o install them to harddisk.

For those who do not have 3.01: A workaround is to open the respective index.html files manually with the browser.
